Chris Reeves

MANAGING DIRECTOR, Client Services

Chris spearheads the Client Services strategy, ensuring the cultivation
of strategic partnerships with PIP’s clients. With two decades of experience in
sales and relationship management within the healthcare and Private Equity
sectors, he brings a deep understanding of industry dynamics and a proven
track record of driving growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining Performance Improvement Partners, Chris led the Private
Equity practice for ISG, a global technology advisor & research firm. Chris
built & developed programs with leading PE firms delivering post-close
advisory services for hundreds of portfolio companies, primarily focused on
technology transformation and IT cost reduction.

Chris also led account teams for CoreTrust, the largest commercial
group purchasing organization (GPO) providing contracting and supply-chain
advisory solutions for private equity and Fortune 1000 clients. He brings over
12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently with Johnson
& Johnson Strategic Accounts.

Chris is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2005.
He holds a BS degree in Business Management from the University of
Tennessee, Knoxville.
