Colin Buck

In his role as a Director, Transformation Advisory, Colin is responsible for helping our clients to achieve growth and success by leveraging PIP’s broad array of offerings, experts, and capabilities for both Private Equity firms and portfolio companies. Throughout his career, he has focused on client success by becoming a trusted advisor through achieving business goals and driving value outcomes.

Before Performance Improvement Partners, Colin had over 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy and Advisory for Fortune 100 companies and Private Equity-owned portfolio companies with Accenture. His expertise includes leading large-scale enterprise transformations, establishing transformation and value offices, advising on technology strategy and planning, creating M&A technology roadmaps, delivering IT operating model design & implementation, documenting IT sourcing strategy, and developing security recommendations.

Colin graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
