In his role as Senior Consultant IT M&A, Jack is responsible for delivering value through pre & post deal technology diligences and assessments for private equity clients.
Prior to Performance Improvement Partners, Jack was a Senior Associate in the Operations Due Diligence practice of RSM. At RSM, he was responsible for all aspects of technology diligence, including project management, report creation, delivery, and client communications.
Jack graduated from Indiana University – Kelley School Of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management.
