In her role of Client Engagement Leader, Summer works cross-functionally with Client Services and Advisory teams to implement value creation strategies, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Her focus is on aligning internal teams with client needs, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Prior to Performance Improvement Partners, Summer worked in Digital Marketing at The Reynolds & Reynolds company where she managed digital marketing efforts, facilitated client relationships with high profile clients, and cultivated a results-driven team atmosphere, providing coaching that led to improved retention rates and performance.
Summer graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Communications.
