When Availity’s client proposed a regulatory compliant application to connect over 700 data points across systems, Availity wanted to deliver. This challenge, while a component of Availity’s work, reached beyond the existing realm of portals and clearinghouses to a complex internal, on-premise environment.
After partnering with PIP for IT due diligence, the conversation shifted from “could it be done?” to “how can we do it?”
Together, the Availity and PIP teams collaborated to design a cost-effective delivery plan, leveraging a flexible staffing model and rapid resource scalability. At the project’s peak, PIP managed over 15 scrum teams.
